  • Orders Over $50: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders $50 and Under: Standard Shipping – USD $4.90

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days
  • Shipping and processing occur Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)
  • Delivery times may vary due to product availability, destination, or carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

Hueskinbeauty currently ships within the United States. For any international orders, please note:

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by destination countries.
  • If a shipment is refused by the recipient, the customer is responsible for:
    • The original shipping cost
    • The return shipping cost
    • Any customs duties or import taxes incurred
  • These charges will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability or warehouse location. Separate tracking numbers will be provided if applicable.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email and adjust your order accordingly.
