What if an item arrives damaged or defective?
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer different sizes, colors, or variations?
Yes. Product listings clearly show available sizes, colors, and other options. If your preferred variant is not shown in stock, you can sign up for a restock notification.
How can I be sure the item matches the online photo?
We use high-resolution images and detailed descriptions to represent each product accurately. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Ordering & Availability

What does “in stock” mean?
Products marked "In Stock" are currently available and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers. Backordered or out-of-stock items are labeled accordingly.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or modify your order for free before it has shipped. Once it’s processed or dispatched, standard return procedures will apply.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders of $50 or less, a flat rate of $4.90 applies.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the U.S.
Can I return items?
Yes. Usable returns accepted within 30 days. Free returns for defective or damaged items. Returns for other reasons are the customer's responsibility for shipping costs.
