Return Policy
At Hueskin, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.
Return Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective or Damaged Items: Free return shipping provided. Contact us with photos as proof of the issue.
- Other Returns (Unwanted, Wrong Item, etc.): Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Restocking Fees: No restocking fees apply.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at contact@hueskinbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If the item is defective or damaged, attach clear photos showing the issue.
- We will provide return instructions. For defective or damaged items, a prepaid return label will be issued. For other returns, shipping instructions will be provided, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging when possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the process above and place a new order for the desired product.
